Ekka 2018 was an amazing event hosted by the talented and amazing Chef Daniel. I was lucky enough to be on stage with some other local chefs from around Brisbane and Queenland, as well as some of the 2018 MasterChef contestants. Adele, Ben and Chloe were amazing to work with and I had the best time ever.
